We have worked closely with John Lewis for 10 years on all aspects of change, training and internal communications.

"We used Clarity for our head office AGM. This event brings together all the different functions from Buying, to IT and Retail Operations and we were keen to create a relevant event that would give everybody an understanding of what had been achieved across the business, as well as leaving them with the key messages for the year ahead. Clarity were involved from an early stage, taking our initial ideas and concepts and working with us to shape these into a cohesive event. Their main brief was to create a number of short films for the AGM thus avoiding two hours of Powerpoint!

Again here they developed creative ideas, suggesting approaches and producing a number short films. These were very professional and impactful, from interviews with some of the head office team to shots of our branches set to music. These were the highlight of the event, supporting our key messages and receiving very positive feedback. In addition to this the Clarity team were also able to support us with all the AV requirements and the dressing of the venue. We would not hesitate to use them again!"
